The Tenancy Agreement

As a prospective tenant we will send you a draft copy our the Tenancy Agreement giving you a chance to read through the whole document in your own time. Of course, we are always at hand should you have any questions.

Moving in

To assist you in settling into your new home we take all meter readings at the start of the tenancy and pass these, along with your details to the relevant service provider as well as informing Sheffield City Council were necessary.

Maintenance & Repairs

As a tenant we aim to provide you with a service that is second to none. We become your direct contact should you need to report any problem or fault during your tenancy, however big or small.
