Valuation
As standard we arrange a free initial meeting with yourself and a member of our staff in order to assess the sales potential and value of your property.
Advertising
We arrange for advertisement in the local press which includes a photograph as standard. All properties are displayed on our website along with full details and one or more colour pictures as required. A detailed colour brochure is produced and sent out to prospective purchasers on request and an advert with colour picture is displayed in our office window.
Viewings
Accompanied viewings are always available if required.
Communication
Regular progress reports are provided keeping you up to date with the offers and general level of interest received at our office.
Completion of Sale
Upon the agreement of a sale we arrange for the sales particulars to be forwarded to the Solicitors representing both parties. Having a good working relationship with many of the regions Solicitors we are able to recommend a firm should you wish.
